It is a place where engineers, food technologists, industrial partners and research institutes work side by side to design, test and validate the next generation of radio frequency solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the Innovation HUB, dedicated lines and equipment support a wide range of processes: from rapid defrosting to pasteurization, from drying to sanitization. This is where tailored applications are developed to deliver maximum efficiency, thermal precision and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The new facility also represents a decisive step forward in the development of advanced RF systems, including solid-state generators and new thermal processes for meat, liquid egg, bakery products and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For Stalam, innovation is not a concept\u2014it is a concrete commitment rooted in a place where expertise, technology and vision come together.
