By uniformly and gently heating the product, RF technology eradicates pests, bacteria and pathogens without compromising the mushrooms&#8217; flavor, texture, or nutritional value. Compared to conventional methods, RF pasteurization is faster, more efficient and extends shelf life while maintaining the product&#8217;s natural properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A prominent company in the dried mushroom industry, specializing in premium products, faced the pressing need to enhance safety and quality of its dried mushroomsused as ingredients by international customers.
