Estos moldes crecen en materias agr\u00edcolas tales como nueces del \u00e1rbol, cacahuetes, arroz, ma\u00edz, zah\u00edna, trigo, mijo, semillas de s\u00e9samo, semillas de girasol, semillas del algod\u00f3n, pimientas de chile etc. y en una variedad de especias. Las aflatoxinas son producidas por la acci\u00f3n fungicida durante la producci\u00f3n, la cosecha, el almacenamiento y el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando los moldes comienzan a contaminar la materia, las esporas polvorientas, gris-verdes pueden convertirse en la superficie del producto y las aflatoxinas se pueden producir por los hongos cuando la humedad del coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1 alrededor o sobre el 15 por ciento. Antes de almacenamiento, las cosechas deben ser secadas y ser esterilizadas correctamente para prevenir el desarrollo de moldes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El control qu\u00edmico se ha divulgado para ser una alternativa acertada para prevenir la infestaci\u00f3n fungicida. Por otra parte, el tratamiento es muy costoso y afecta generalmente a las propiedades sensorias del producto. Adem\u00e1s, esta clase de tratamiento no es aceptable en la agricultura biol\u00f3gica, cuyos procesos deben ser sustancia-libres y por lo tanto m\u00e1s susceptibles a la contaminaci\u00f3n de la aflatoxina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no se ha realizado ning\u00fan tratamiento durante la fase del pre-almacenamiento, la investigaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica puede ser utilizada&nbsp;para quitar los granos contaminados, con todo con el alto producto consiguiente y las p\u00e9rdidas financieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de la radiofrecuencia (RF) ha demostrado ser muy eficaz cuando est\u00e1 utilizada para el sanitisation del pre-almacenamiento de materias agr\u00edcolas. Puede ser utilizada simplemente como m\u00e9todo de la reducci\u00f3n de la humedad (secado) pero tambi\u00e9n disinfest (eliminaci\u00f3n del par\u00e1sito) y esteriliza (reducci\u00f3n de la carga del microbio) una amplia gama de substratos (cereales, granos, pulsos, nueces, hierbas, especias, etc.).
