Saturday, November 22, 2025 marks an important chapter in the history of Stalam: the official opening of the new Innovation HUB in Nove, a facility designed to accelerate the development of radio frequency technologies for the food industry.
With more than 1,800 additional square meters, the new center significantly expands Stalam’s operational space, offering areas specifically dedicated to research, development, application testing and customer demonstrations. It is a place where engineers, food technologists, industrial partners and research institutes work side by side to design, test and validate the next generation of radio frequency solutions.
Inside the Innovation HUB, dedicated lines and equipment support a wide range of processes: from rapid defrosting to pasteurization, from drying to sanitization. This is where tailored applications are developed to deliver maximum efficiency, thermal precision and sustainability.
The new facility also represents a decisive step forward in the development of advanced RF systems, including solid-state generators and new thermal processes for meat, liquid egg, bakery products and more.
For Stalam, innovation is not a concept—it is a concrete commitment rooted in a place where expertise, technology and vision come together. Today, that place is bigger than ever.
