Product testing in the Stalam Lab

Today product testing for one of our customers in the Lab at Stalam Headquarters.
The french company wanted to defrost frozen 20 kg blocks of H&G pollocks and compare the results of different “settings” to obtain the best yield and the fastest defrosting time.
With the last setting, in 35 minutes the temperature of the blocks was increased from around -18°C to around -2/-1°C, without drip losses and hot spots.
